Mentorship Program
Applications Open for 2025
For those passionate about weddings, few jobs offer the same enchanting appeal. You get to work for yourself, see amazing venues, meet wonderful people, and at the end of the day, you are celebrating love in all its forms. But getting started in the wedding business can be overwhelming - I know I was terrified when I first got going! There are so many moving pieces to a wedding and it is one of the most important days of the couple’s life, you certainly want to be the absolute best you can be.
Enter the Rose & Fern Events Mentorship program!
You’ll learn how to make a timeline, run a rehearsal, get decorations guidelines, and most importantly, how to be there for your couple so they have as stressless a day as possible.
With this mentorship program, you’ll see if you like day-of coordinating. You will accompany me to a few weddings to learn the ropes, do intro calls with couples to get your own weddings, and soon be off to the races as a burgeoning coordinator yourself with me there to guide you every step of the way. You’ll have access to all the systems of Rose & Fern Events so you can focus on the weddings and see if you might like the job.
