Rainy mornings in Oregon can go either way, but for Claire & Tyler’s wedding at Vineyard View Celebrations at La Bastide, the clouds broke just in time for their beautiful ceremony by the gorgeous tree. It was the perfect backdrop for their heartfelt vows, and the rest of the day unfolded like magic.

For dinner, they brought in a mobile pizza oven, serving up fresh, made-to-order pizzas for each guest. It was interactive, fun, and beyond delicious. But the real showstopper was dueling pianos. Two insanely talented piano players went back and forth on song requests all night, keeping the energy high and the guests entertained. And when they played Can You Feel the Love Tonight, absolute chills.

A well-planned wedding is all about great food, unforgettable entertainment, and seamless execution, and that’s where a day-of coordinator comes in. Making sure everything flows effortlessly is what I do best, and seeing couples like Claire & Tyler enjoy their day without stress is exactly why I love this job.
