Angela and Derek planned their stunning wedding at Loloma Lodge, a dream venue nestled in the Oregon woods. They coordinated everything from the Netherlands, making the journey all the way to Oregon for their perfect wedding day. And despite a rainy morning, the sun broke through just in time to create an absolutely magical setting.

Derek grew up in Oregon but now lives in the Netherlands with Angela, who is Indonesian. Their wedding was the perfect blend of personal history, global adventure, and meaningful traditions—including an unforgettable menu from Wajan, serving up incredible Indonesian food that had guests raving.

One of the most memorable moments? During the wedding ceremony, instead of a traditional toast after the vows, Angela and Derek took a shot of tequila during the ceremony—because why wait? It was fun, unexpected, and totally them.
