Tiffany + Nick

Some weddings are about tradition, and some are about pure celebration. Tiffany and Nick’s day at Aurora Colony Vineyards was the perfect mix of both. After officially tying the knot last year in a traditional ceremony, they gathered friends and family for a public vow exchange filled with heartfelt moments, plenty of whiskey, and an energy that made the whole day unforgettable.

One of the standout moments was their whiskey barrel ceremony. They each poured a bottle of whiskey into a single barrel, symbolizing their union and creating something to enjoy together on their first anniversary. Guests always love this tradition, and it was no different this time—cheers and smiles all around as they sealed the barrel and toasted to the future.

The real showstopper of the night was the bar. I have never seen so much whiskey available to guests at a wedding, and let’s just say, a good time was absolutely had by all.

Adding even more fun to the mix, Grace with Pro Pose PDX set up a photobooth that was a massive hit. Guests love a photobooth, and it’s such an easy way to bring an extra layer of entertainment to the night. And then there was the dessert table—simple, effective, and absolutely overwhelming in the best way. Tiffany and Nick took a trip to Costco and stocked up on bags and bags of sweets, creating a spread that made it nearly impossible to choose what to eat. The real winner for me was discovering Kirkland s’mores chocolates—a new obsession.

Aurora Colony Vineyards always delivers an incredible setting for a wine country wedding in Oregon, and this one was no exception. A perfect mix of personal traditions, good drinks, and a party that guests will be talking about for a long time. If you’re planning a wedding and need a day-of coordinator to make sure everything flows seamlessly, I’d love to help bring your vision to life!
